HollowStone

Privacy Policy

Effective from August 11, 2026

This Policy explains how iMPACT Roo Interactive (the “Operator”, the data controller) processes personal data of users of hollowstone.online and the HollowStone™ game (the “Website” and the “Game”). The Game is in development and not yet publicly released.

1. Data We Process

The informational pages of the Website (the home page and sign-in page) do not collect visitors’ personal data and do not use web analytics systems or cookies that require consent.

Registration for the Game does not require an email address or other contact details; an account is created using an in-game nickname and password. The following data is processed when an account is registered and used:

  • the in-game nickname chosen by the user;
  • the password, stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash; it is never stored in plain text and is not known to the Operator;
  • the time of the last sign-in — to protect the account and prevent abuse.
  • messages sent in the in-game chat — for moderation and to keep order in the game community. IP addresses are not stored.

2. Purposes of Processing

The lawful basis for processing is the performance of the contract between the user and the Operator — providing access to the Game — and the Operator’s legitimate interest in protecting accounts and moderating the community. Data is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold, and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

3. Data Retention

Data is stored on servers operated by the Operator for as long as the account exists. Servers are located in the Russian Federation, so data of users outside that country is transferred internationally. When an account is deleted, the data is erased or anonymised within a reasonable period unless longer retention is required by law.

4. User Rights

Users may request access to their personal data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the address in the “Contact” section. Users in the European Economic Area also have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.

5. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at this address.
